Description

History:
Luzhou Laojiao traces its origins back to the Ming Dynasty, with over 400 years of history. It is one of the most iconic strong-aroma Baijiu producers in China. The Zisha Daqu series combines traditional Daqu craftsmanship with Zisha (purple clay) aesthetics, reflecting heritage and refinement.

Production & Blending:
Produced using the traditional strong-aroma Daqu method, with sorghum as the main ingredient and fermentation in centuries-old cellar pits. The base liquor is aged in pottery jars and carefully blended from different batches and vintages to achieve richness and balance.

Aroma:
Rich cellar aroma with pronounced grain, fruity, and sweet notes, delivering a full and classic strong-aroma profile.

Palate:
Soft and mellow on entry, with a full body. Noticeable sweetness and richness create a rounded and layered palate.

Finish:
Long-lasting finish with lingering sweetness and a clean, persistent cellar aroma.

泸州老窖起源于明代，拥有超过400年的酿造历史，是中国最具代表性的浓香型白酒之一。紫砂大曲系列延续传统大曲工艺，并融入紫砂文化，体现经典与质感并存的品牌形象。

调配与酿陈:
采用浓香型大曲工艺，以高粱为主要原料，在百年老窖池中发酵。基酒经陶坛或窖藏陈放，再通过不同轮次与年份的酒体勾调，使酒体更加醇厚协调。

香气:
窖香浓郁，带有明显粮香、果香与甜香，香气饱满且具有典型浓香风格。

口感:
入口绵甜顺滑，酒体饱满，带有明显甜感与醇厚感，层次丰富且口感圆润。

余韵:
余味悠长，甜润回甘明显，尾段干净且带有持续的窖香。
