Description
History:
Xifeng Baijiu originates from Feng Xiang, Shaanxi, with a history spanning over 3,000 years. Recognized as one of China’s four famous liquors, the Golden Colorful series represents a premium range that blends traditional craftsmanship with modern presentation, highlighting both heritage and gifting appeal.
Production & Blending:
Crafted in the Feng-aroma style, using sorghum as the primary grain with wheat, barley, and peas for fermentation starters. The base liquor is fermented in mud cellars, then aged in traditional rattan-lined containers known as “jiu hai.” Multiple aged base spirits are blended to achieve depth and balance.
Aroma:
Elegant and well-balanced, featuring floral and fruity notes, complemented by grain aromas and a subtle honeyed sweetness, with a gentle aged character.
Palate:
Smooth and refined on the palate, with a medium-to-full body. Subtle sweetness and light spice notes create a layered yet approachable profile.
Finish:
Clean and crisp finish with a lingering aftertaste. Gentle grain notes and a returning sweetness provide a refreshing and non-cloying ending.

调配与酿陈:
采用凤香型传统工艺,以高粱为主料,辅以小麦、大麦与豌豆制曲发酵。基酒经泥窖发酵后,置于传统“酒海”(藤编容器)中陈藏,再通过多轮老酒调配,形成层次丰富且平衡的酒体。
香气:
香气清雅协调,带有花果香、粮香与淡淡蜜甜气息,伴随轻柔陈香,整体干净且富有层次。
口感:
入口柔顺细腻,酒体适中偏醇,带有微甜与轻微辛香感,层次分明但不过于浓重,易于接受。
余韵:
收口干净利落,余味悠长,伴随淡雅粮香与回甘,整体清爽不腻。
