HISTORY:
Prince Hubert de Polignac Cognac was established in 1947, named after a French aristocrat and diplomat. The house quickly became recognized for producing elegant cognacs that embody French heritage and refinement.

BLEND & AGING:
Crafted from eaux-de-vie sourced mainly from the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus, aged at least 4 years in French oak barrels.

AROMA (NOSE):
Rich and elegant, with notes of dried fruits, vanilla, toasted oak, and light floral tones.

TASTE (PALATE):
Smooth and well-rounded, featuring flavors of apricot, honey, almond, and gentle spice.

FINISH:
Medium to long, refined with lingering fruit and oak notes.
