Description

HISTORY:
The “Marqués de Tosos” line is one of Bodegas San Valero’s traditional ranges, created to showcase the balance between Cariñena’s terroir and oak-aged elegance. Produced since the 1950s, it remains a well-regarded label in Spain and abroad.

BLEND & AGING:
A blend of Garnacha, Tempranillo, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged about 12 months in American and French oak barrels, followed by at least 6 months of bottle ageing before release.

AROMA (NOSE):
Dominated by ripe red fruit aromas (cherry, raspberry) with touches of vanilla, cocoa, and light toasted oak. Subtle spice and earthy tones appear with ageing.

TASTE (PALATE):
Medium-to-full body with fine tannins, smooth and rounded texture. Fruit and oak are well integrated, giving a balanced and elegant mouthfeel.

FINISH:
Long and gentle finish with lingering notes of ripe red fruit, vanilla, and light toast; warm and persistent aftertaste.

FLAVOR:
Rich and balanced fruit profile with notes of cherry and plum; oak ageing adds smooth hints of vanilla, cocoa, and spice. Rounded and harmonious overall.

FOOD PAIRING:
Excellent with grilled lamb, steak, braised beef, game, and semi-cured cheese; also pairs well with Spanish skewers or tomato-based pasta.

调配与陈酿:
由歌海娜、丹魄与赤霞珠混合酿制；在美国与法国橡木桶中陈酿约 12 个月，再瓶中熟成至少 6 个月 后上市。

成熟的红色水果香（樱桃、覆盆子）为主，融合香草、可可与轻微烘烤橡木气息。透出柔和的香料与陈年带来的泥土香。

口感:
酒体中等偏厚，单宁细腻，口感柔和圆润。果香与橡木香相互融合，结构平衡且优雅。

余韵:
余韵悠长且温和，带有成熟红果、香草与轻微烘烤香气；口腔中留下持久的温暖感。

风味特征:
果味浓郁且平衡，樱桃与李子的风味突出；橡木桶带出柔滑的香草、可可与香料层次。整体口感圆润，酸度适中。

搭配建议:
适合搭配烤羊排、牛排、炖牛肉、野味与半熟奶酪；亦可与西班牙烤串或番茄酱意大利面搭配。
