Description

HISTORY:
“Logos Selección” is one of Familia Escudero’s premium/selection cuvées, intended to showcase the winery’s highest quality blends; this wine represents their investment in terroir and international oak ageing. The 2017 vintage is regarded as one of the outstanding ones.

Winemaking & Maturation:
Aged for 16 months in oak barrels (≈70% French oak, 30% American oak). Then bottled and aged in bottle for 12 months before release.

AROMA (NOSE):
Wild berry aromas blended with oak’s toasty wood; floral undertones with ripe plum and a touch of green pepper.

TASTE (PALATE):
Pronounced fruit, round and full; fresh acidity; mature but smooth tannins; balanced structure, body is medium-to-full.

FINISH:
Long finish with fruit and oak both present; spice undertones in the aftertaste.

FLAVOR:
Rich fruit, full body, balanced structure, long finish

FOOD PAIRING
Pairs well with grilled red meats, game, semi-ripe sheep’s cheese, and blue cheeses

野生浆果香气与橡木烘烤味交融，花香背景中可见李子的成熟气息和些许青椒调。

口感:
果味明确、圆润饱满；酸度新鲜；单宁成熟但不粗糙；结构平衡，酒体中等偏厚。

余韵:
回味悠长，果香与橡木香并存，带有香料尾调。
