HISTORY:
Produced by Conceito Vinhos, winemaker Rita Marques Ferreira; emphasis on traditional Douro varieties + minimal intervention / natural winemaking; “Legítimo” is conceived as sister or alternative to their Bastardo line (for customers who missed out)

BLEND & AGING:
Harvested by hand; using indigenous yeasts; fermentation with skin contact; mostly stainless steel maturation (~18 months in tanks); minimal oak usage; aim to preserve natural fruit & acidity; minimal intervention style

AROMA (NOSE):
Aromas of blackberry, cherry, ripe berries; herbal or mineral hints; aromas from indigenous yeast and skin contact giving leather or wild characte

TASTE (PALATE):
Medium-to-full body; flavor entry vivid; tannin structure present but not harsh; acidity solid and lively; overall fresh, vivid with depth

FINISH:
Persistent finish; fruit and mineral tail; spice and earth notes linger; overall clean and natural impression

FLAVOR:
Rich fruit (red & dark berries), spice and mineral/earth notes; bright acidity; firm but mature tannins; balanced, natural, vivid palate

FOOD PAIRING:
Pair with red meats (beef/lamb/game), grilled dishes, spiced foods; also hard cheeses or richer dishes with some fat

出自 Conceito Vinhos，酿酒师 Rita Marques Ferreira；强调传统葡萄品种 + 少干预／自然酿造；“Legítimo” 是 Bastardo 系列的姐妹 /替代款（为那些 Bastardo 提前断货的顾客准备）

调配与陈酿:
手工采收；使用本土野酵母；部分或全部发酵在不锈钢罐中带果皮接触（skin contact）；无或很少橡木桶陈年，大多在不锈钢罐中陈酿约 18 个月；尽量保留天然果味与酸度；少干预

香气:
黑莓、樱桃与成熟浆果香气；有草本或矿物气息；自然酵母与果皮接触带出的皮革或轻微野性香气

口感:
中等至偏饱满酒体；入口果味鲜明；单宁结构明显但不过强硬；酸度结实带活力；整体口感鲜活、清新而不失深度

余韵：
余味持久，有果味与矿物尾调；香料与土壤气息在余韵中显现；整体感觉干净与自然

风味特征:
果味浓郁，有红浆果与深色果（黑加仑、桑椹等），带有香料与矿物／土壤气息；酸度明亮，单宁坚实但成熟；酒体平衡，口感自然且鲜活

搭配建议:
红肉（牛／羊／野味）、烤肉、带香料的菜肴；也可搭配硬奶酪或带一点油脂的菜式
