HISTORY:
Kweichow Moutai is China’s national liquor, with origins tracing back over 200 years in the town of Maotai, Guizhou. The 2024 edition continues the legacy of being one of the world’s most prestigious spirits.

BLEND & AGING:
Crafted using traditional techniques with red sorghum, wheat, and pure water from Chishui River. Fermentation lasts one year with multiple distillations, followed by years of aging in ceramic jars for complexity.

AROMA (NOSE):
Rich sauce aroma with notes of soy, toasted grains, fermented fruit, and umami complexity.

TASTE (PALATE):
Full-bodied and powerful, with savory, sweet, and slightly bitter layers creating remarkable balance.

FINISH:
