Description

HISTORY:
The “Celebrities” collection is a single-variety line by San Valero, using well-known grape varieties to showcase modern style & attract newer / younger wine drinkers. Syrah is one wine in this collection. The series was introduced around 2019.

BLEND & AGING:
Grapes are selected from best vineyards; pre-fermentative cold maceration for about 6-8 days at ~10 °C; alcoholic fermentation for 15-20 days at ~28 °C; then malolactic fermentation; no heavy oak ageing or minimal oak influence

AROMA (NOSE):
Intense aroma of fresh fruit; deep red fruit scents, spice notes, and a sense of ripeness

TASTE (PALATE):
Fleshy and rich; acidity and tannins well combined; full-flavored palate, strong yet smooth finish; savory aspects as well

FINISH:
Long, persistent finish; lingering fruit and mature tannins; good stability in the aftertaste

FLAVOR:
Deep fruit, red berries (cherry/plums etc.), spices present; mature tannins, good structure; full-bodied yet balanced

FOOD PAIRING:
Grilled meats, stews, cured sausages, dishes with spice or smokiness; also works with fattier fish (e.g. blue fish)

历史:
“Celebrities” 系列是酒庄 San Valero 的一个单一品种系列，用著名葡萄品种展现现代风格 & 吸引年轻消费者。Syrah 是此系列之一。大约 2019 年推出该系列。

调配与陈酿:
从精选葡萄园采摘 Syrah 葡萄；冷浸泡（prefementative maceration 冷浸泡）约 6-8 天在低温（≈10°C）；醇发酵控制温度（15-20 天在约 28°C）；然后进行苹果乳酸发酵；无重橡木桶陈年（或橡木影响不明显）

香气:
香气强烈，以新鲜果香为主，有深红果香、香料调与一定成熟度

口感:
肉感丰富（carnoso），酸度与单宁结合得好；口感饱满，余味有力度；咸香／顺滑的一面

余韵:
后味持久，有果香余味与成熟单宁；口感后端显现稳定感

风味特征:
果味深厚，红果类（如樱桃、李子等），带有香料、成熟单宁和良好结构；酒体浓郁但不笨重

搭配建议:
烤肉、炖肉、腌制香肠、带有香料或烟熏味的菜肴；也配鱼类中脂肪较重的（蓝鱼 / 鱼类）
