Description

HISTORY:
The “Celebrities” collection was launched by Bodegas San Valero in 2019, aimed at showcasing well-known international grape varieties, to express both the terroir of Cariñena and a more modern, bold wine image.

BLEND & AGING:
Vinification in tank; temperature regulated at ~27 °C; daily remontados; fermentation lasts 15-20 days; followed by malolactic fermentation; no indication of long oak barrel aging or major oak influence in the basic info.

AROMA (NOSE):
Aromas of well-ripe red fruits; good intensity on the nose

TASTE (PALATE):
Lively on entry, fleshy, good structure, sweet and rounded tannins; medium to fairly full body

FINISH:
Long, lingering finish with fruit and structural impression remaining

FLAVOR:
Ripe fruit aromas, fleshy (“carnoso”), broad body, lively and complex; acidity gives freshness; sweet tannins complete strong structure

FOOD PAIRING:
Very versatile: fatty fish (e.g. salmon or tuna), poultry, red meats etc.

调配与陈酿:
发酵在槽中／罐中进行；温度控制约 27°C；每日 remontados（翻皮 / 混合 /泵压）; 发酵持时 15-20 天；再进行苹果乳酸发酵（Maloláctica）; 无长期橡木桶陈年或橡木桶使用未重（官方未标明有长时间桶龄）

香气:
香气强烈，以成熟红色水果为主（果香成熟度高）

口感:
入口活泼（vivo），饱满肉感，结构良好，单宁甜且圆润；中等-偏丰满

余韵:
余味持久，果味和结构在尾端留下印象

风味特征:
果香成熟，肉感（“carnoso”），结构开阔（“amplio”），活泼而复杂；酸度带来清新感；甜味单宁
