Description

HISTORY:
This is the Garnacha-single in the “Celebrities” line from Bodegas San Valero; the series aims to use well-known varieties (local & international) to appeal to modern & younger wine drinkers; Garnacha has a long tradition in Cariñena, with old vines and suitable soils that allow it to perform well here.

BLEND & AGING:
Vinification is mono-varietal Garnacha, with a cold maceration pre-fermentation to extract aroma; alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures; malolactic fermentation follows; typically little or no long oak aging or heavy oak flavour—fruit is the focus.

AROMA (NOSE) :
Aromas of cherries, red berries, blackberry; sometimes a whiff of smoke or charred embers; very fruity, direct, and enticing nose.

TASTE (PALATE):
Medium-to-full body; fresh acidity balanced with fruit and alcohol; moderate tannins; mouthfeel has strength but stays approachable; fruit carries through with good richness.

FINISH:
Fairly long finish; fruit lingers (blackberry / cherry); often a hint of spice or smoke in aftertaste; overall finish is clean and persistent.

FLAVOR:
Pronounced fruit character: blackberries, cherries; bright acidity; noticeable alcohol warmth; a medium-to-full style with vivid, expressive fruit.

FOOD PAIRING:
Pair with grilled meats, roasted lamb, game; cured meats; aged or hard cheeses; dishes with some smoke or spice will suit it well.

调配与陈酿:
发酵方式为单一 Garnacha，冷浸 maceration 在发酵前（冷浸几天）以提取香气；酒精发酵在控制温度的不锈钢罐中进行；有苹果乳酸发酵；通常不进行橡木桶长时间陈酿或桶味不重（以果味为主）。

香气:
有红果（樱桃、红莓）、黑莓香气，有时带淡烟熏或炭火后的木炭气味；果香强烈，香气直接且诱人。

口感:
酒体偏中等偏重；酸度清新但与果味 & 酒精较好平衡；单宁中等，入口有力度但不过于沉重；果味延续，酒感较丰满。

余韵:
余味较长，果味持久；黑莓或樱桃的甜味与微微的辛香／烟熏尾调可能出现；整体尾韵有良好干净感。

风味特征:
果香浓郁，以黑莓、樱桃等红／深色水果为主；有亮丽酸度与酒精感；整体风格中等偏强，果味鲜明且奔放

搭配建议:
烤肉、烤羊腿、野味、腌制肉品、硬质或成熟奶酪；也适合稍带香料或烟熏味的菜肴。
