HISTORY:
The “Celebrities” line is a single‐variety collection launched by San Valero, aimed at showcasing the potential of international varieties in the Cariñena region; the Chardonnay is one of more recent additions to this line.

BLEND & AGING:
Harvested at optimal ripeness; grapes undergo cold treatment / cold maceration for several hours to enhance aroma; fermented in stainless steel at ~16-18°C; not heavily oak-aged to retain fresh profile.

AROMA (NOSE):
Notes of white fruits and tropical fruits; possibly white flowers or floral notes; nose is fresh and clean

TASTE (PALATE):
Gentle entry; balanced acidity; not overly heavy body; refreshing fruit-finish

FINISH:
Lingering fruit and acidity; clean finish; perhaps subtle mineral or crisp undertone

FLAVOR:
Fruit-driven (apple, citrus etc.), fresh acidity; medium body; style is clean and bright rather than heavy

FOOD PAIRING:
Seafood (fish, shellfish, crustaceans), salads, white meats, lighter cheeses etc.

收成于最佳成熟期；果实经过冷处理或冷浸数小时以增强香气；发酵在不锈钢柜中，在约 16-18°C 控温；未重度木桶陈年，以保存清新风味。

香气:
有白色水果与热带水果香气；可能有白花或淡花香；气味清新且干净

口感:
入口柔和，有酸度平衡；酒体不太重，适合清爽型白酒爱好者；余味中带果香清新

余韵:
果味与酸度余留，有干净的尾韵；可能稍带矿物或清爽的细微调子
