Description

History:
Xijiu originates from the Chishui River region in Guizhou, the core area for sauce-aroma Baijiu, sharing a similar heritage with Moutai-style craftsmanship. The “Zhi Jiao Four Seasons” series is inspired by friendship and the passage of time, blending tradition with a modern, lifestyle-oriented concept.

Production & Blending:
Crafted using the traditional “12987 process,” with premium sorghum and wheat as raw materials. After multiple rounds of steaming, fermentation, and distillation, the base liquor is aged in ceramic vessels for several years and then blended from different batches and vintages to achieve complexity and balance.

Aroma:
Pronounced sauce aroma layered with grain notes, toasted nuances, and subtle floral-fruity hints, delivering a complex and well-integrated bouquet.

Palate:
Smooth and full-bodied on entry, with gentle sweetness and light spice. The palate is layered yet approachable, making it suitable for a wide range of drinkers.

Finish:
A long and lingering finish with returning sauce aroma and a pleasant sweetness, leaving a clean and satisfying aftertaste.

历史:
习酒源自中国贵州赤水河流域，依托酱香型白酒核心产区，与茅台同源工艺体系发展而来。知交四季系列以“朋友与时间”为灵感，强调情谊与四季相伴的饮酒文化，融合传统与年轻化设计。

调配与酿陈:
采用传统酱香型“12987工艺”，以优质高粱和小麦为原料，经多轮蒸煮、发酵与取酒后，基酒需经过多年陶坛陈放，再由不同轮次与年份的基酒勾调而成，酒体更加协调细腻。

香气:
酱香明显，伴随粮香、焦香与淡淡花果气息，香气层次丰富且协调，带有典型酱酒风格。

口感:
入口柔顺醇厚，酒体饱满，带有微甜与轻微辛香感，层次分明但不过于厚重，适合大众口感。

余韵:
余味悠长，酱香回甘明显，尾段干净利落，整体回味舒适。
