Description

History：
Xifeng Baijiu originates from Fengxiang, Shaanxi, with a history of over 3,000 years. As one of China’s four famous liquors, the “Jiu Hai Aged” series highlights its unique maturation method, emphasizing the role of time in developing character and depth.

Production & Blending:
Produced in the Feng-aroma style using sorghum as the main ingredient, the spirit is fermented in mud cellars and aged for 7 years in traditional “jiu hai” (rattan-lined containers). It is then blended with aged base liquors to achieve smoothness and balance.

Aroma:
Delicate and clean, featuring prominent grain notes with hints of light fruitiness and subtle aged sweetness, creating a harmonious aroma.

Palate:
Smooth and mellow on entry, with a medium body. A touch of sweetness combined with light spice delivers a balanced and approachable palate.

Finish:
Clean and crisp finish with a gentle lingering aftertaste. Subtle grain notes and a returning sweetness provide a refreshing conclusion.

西凤酒产自陕西凤翔，拥有超过三千年的酿造历史，是中国四大名酒之一。“酒海陈藏”系列体现了西凤独有的储存工艺，将传统与品质结合，强调时间赋予的风味。

调配与酿陈:
采用凤香型传统工艺，以高粱为主料，经泥窖发酵后，基酒存放于西凤独特的“酒海”（藤编内裹）容器中陈藏7年，再通过多轮老酒勾调，使酒体更加柔和协调。

香气:
香气清雅，带有明显粮香与淡淡果香，伴随轻微陈香与蜜甜气息，整体自然协调。

口感:
入口顺滑柔和，酒体中等，微甜中带一点辛香，层次分明但不过于厚重，适合日常饮用。

余韵:
收口干净利落，余味舒适，带有淡淡粮香与回甘，整体清爽不腻。
