The Seventy Six label pays tribute to the legendary 1976 Koonunga Hill Shiraz Cabernet, one of Penfolds’ most celebrated value wines. The modern Seventy Six release was introduced as a homage to that iconic vintage and showcases Australia’s classic Shiraz-Cabernet blend style.

Winemaking：
A multi-regional South Australian blend sourced from premium regions including McLaren Vale, Coonawarra, Padthaway and Wrattonbully. Matured in a combination of French and American oak barrels to add complexity and structure.

Aroma：
Layers of plum, blackberry, dark cherry, cranberry, vanilla, black pepper, licorice and subtle spice, accompanied by savoury notes and oak complexity.

Palate：
Fresh and lively with rich dark fruit flavours, fine powdery tannins and balanced acidity. Notes of spearmint, lavender, olives and chocolate add depth, leading to a long and memorable finish.
