HISTORY:
The Logos line by Familia Escudero aims to combine traditional Navarra wine styles with modern winemaking techniques. Logos Merlot represents how an international variety (Merlot) performs under Navarra terroir & climate. 2019 vintage is part of the regularly produced lineup.

Winemaking & Maturation:
Aged for about 12 months in first- and second-use French oak barrels.

AROMA (NOSE):
Fruit-driven, with notes of berries and aromas from grape skins due to extensive maceration; slight vanilla touch from barrel.

TASTE (PALATE):
Smooth and rounded entry, with a full and balanced mid-palate. Tannins are fine and mature, acidity is moderate, and the body is medium-to-full. Elegant yet powerful in style.

FINISH:
Powerful finish, with lingering fruit and spice; round and long-lasting finish.

FLAVOR:
Spicy on the palate, with flavors of raisins and berries. Extraordinarily complex and elegant; forceful yet friendly.

FOOD PAIRING:
Pairs perfectly with strong and semi-cured cheeses, red meat and game; stews with meat and legumes; ham and sausages.

Logos 系列为 Familia Escudero 推出，意在将传统 Navarra 葡萄酒风格与现代酿造工艺结合起来。Logos Merlot 是此系列中体现国际品种（Merlot）在 Navarra 土壤与气候下表现的一款代表酒。2019 年份被官方列作常规年份生产的酒款。

酿造与陈酿:
在法国橡木桶中陈酿约 12 个月，使用一至两年桶。

香气:
果香为主，有红浆果类（berries）气息；因长时间 maceration 有葡萄皮香；橡木桶带来轻微香草（vanilla）调。

口感:
入口柔滑圆润，中段果味饱满、平衡感强。单宁细腻而成熟，酸度适中，酒体中等偏厚。整体风格优雅中带有力量。

余韵:
饱满的余味（powerful finish），带有水果与香料残余；圆润且余味持久。

风味特征:
口感带香料感（spicy），有葡萄干与浆果的味道。复杂且优雅；力量感 (forceful) 与亲和性（friendly）兼具。

搭配建议:
适合搭配强烈或半熟奶酪、红肉、野味；炖菜与肉类豆类类佳配；火腿与香肠亦可。
