HISTORY:
Familia Escudero was founded in 1852 in La Rioja and later expanded to Navarra to create the modern-styled Logos range. Logos II symbolizes the fusion of traditional and modern winemaking, representing the family’s fourth-generation legacy.

Winemaking & Maturation:
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeast; temperature controlled at ~30°C. Maceration period ~25 days for extraction of color, aroma and tannins.Aged in American oak barrels for 14 months with 4 rackings; after bottling it rests 12 months in bottle before release.

AROMA (NOSE):
Notes of ripe red fruit (Grenache), strong skin contact aromas, and clear oak influence. Oak-derived vanilla / light toasty wood hints accompany the fruit.

TASTE (PALATE):
On the palate it is fine, elegant, smooth; structure is moderately strong; tannins mature yet not harsh; good integration of fruit and oak. Long aftertaste.

FINISH:
Long and lingering finish with notes of sweet spice, dried fruit, and light chocolate tones.

FLAVOR:
Dominated by ripe red fruits (cherry, raspberry, plum), with hints of vanilla, toasted oak, cocoa, and gentle spice. Round, full-bodied, well-structured yet smooth.

FOOD PAIRING:
Pairs perfectly with semi-aged sheep cheese, roasted red meat, and game.

发酵在不锈钢罐中，用葡萄园内的天然酵母，温度控制约 30°C。浸皮期约 25 天以提取颜色与香气／单宁。 在美国橡木桶陈酿 14 个月，中间換桶（rackings）4 次。瓶装后再在瓶中熟成 12 个月才上市。

香气:
带有歌海娜（Garnacha）成熟红果香，果皮浸渍香气浓郁，橡木桶香明显。香气中可闻到果香与橡木香草／轻微烤木香。

口感:
入口细腻、优雅、丝滑；结构中等偏强；单宁成熟但不粗糙；果味与橡木融合。余味悠长。

余韵:
余韵悠长，带有甜香料、干果及淡淡巧克力气息，收尾温润

风味特征:
成熟红色水果（樱桃、覆盆子、李子）为主调，辅以香草、烤橡木、可可与淡淡香料气息。口感圆润饱满，结构感强而不涩，酒体中等偏厚。

搭配建议:
与半干绵羊奶酪、烤红肉、大型野味（game）非常搭配。
