The “Celebrities” collection is a newer generation single-variety wine line from Bodegas San Valero; intended as a bold, direct way to understand and present varietal style.

BLEND & AGING:
Fermentation at controlled temperature ~27-29°C, daily pump-overs; devatting after ~15 days; after alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation; oak ageing or details of barrel usage not disclosed.

AROMA (NOSE):
Aromas typical of Cabernet: intense red fruits (cherries / red berries).

TASTE (PALATE):
Long and powerful on the palate; tannins ripe, sweet and savory; structured but not harsh.

FINISH:
Rich and persistent finish; fruit and tannin linger; good depth from entry through to aftertaste.

FLAVOR:
Intense red fruit aromas; powerful, long; ripe, sweet and savory tannins; full flavor expression.

“Celebrities” 是 Bodegas San Valero 新一代酿酒者推出的单品葡萄酒系列；目的是用一种直接、敢于展示单一品种风格的方式来理解与表达葡萄酒。

调配与陈酿:
控温发酵（温度约 27-29°C），每日泵-翻（pump-overs），酒精发酵后将葡萄渣移除（devatting）约 15 天；完成酒精发酵后进行苹果乳酸发酵（malolactic）；未披露有无橡木桶陈酿或桶龄详情。

香气:
