Description

HISTORY:
The Logos line is from Familia Escudero; “Logos” means “word” in Greek; the winery holds old Garnacha vineyards in La Sarda; 2019 is one of the vintages of this bottle.

Winemaking & Maturation:
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeast; temperature control about 28°C; post-fermentation maceration ~25 days; aged approx. 90 days in new French oak; bottled in July.

AROMA (NOSE):
Floral notes and ripe fruit aromas, with a subtle vanilla note from the oak barrel.

TASTE (PALATE):
Powerful entry; rich, full and complex; good structure; tannins mature yet not harsh; masculine yet with softness.

FINISH:
Long finish; fruit and tannins lingering; oak aromas persist into the aftertaste.

FLAVOR:
Ripe red fruit flavors (cherry etc.), rich structure; oak adds vanilla; palate has power but retains elegance.

FOOD PAIRING:
Pairs well with hard and cured cheeses; stews, beans; game; ham and sausages.

酿造与陈酿:
在不锈钢罐内发酵，使用本地自然酵母，控制温度约 28ºC；在发酵后浸渍约 25 天；然后在新法国橡木桶中陈酿约 90 天；7 月份装瓶。

香气:
带有花香与成熟水果香气，橡木桶带来细微香草香气

口感:
入口强劲，丰富（丰满），复杂；结构好，单宁成熟，却不粗糙；阳刚而带温柔

余韵:
余味持久；果味与单宁在尾端仍有表达；带有橡木的香气余调

风味特征:
果味以成熟红果为主（如樱桃等），结构丰富；橡木带香草调；口感中有力量但不失优雅
