Description

HISTORY:
The Logos series originates from the Escudero family’s vineyard estate and aims to express the terroir of Navarra with single-varietal wines. 2018 is this line’s Cabernet representative.

BLEND & AGING:
Fermented in stainless steel vats (controlled temp), long maceration (>30 days); then aged ~12 months in first/second-use French & American oak barrels.

AROMA (NOSE):
Dark maroon colour; aroma of blackberries, cherries, violets, a hint of green pepper, vanilla & oak.

TASTE (PALATE):
Medium-to-full body, good structure, fruit and oak integrated; powerful yet approachable.

FINISH:
Layer of downy tannins; finish marked with a soft note of lavender; lingering fruit & spice typical of Cabernet profile.

FLAVOR:
Rich berry-driven flavour, with notes of blackcurrant, menthol, milk chocolate, pipe tobacco, clove; tannins soft yet present.

FOOD PAIRING:
Pairs well with red meat, stews, game, strong cheeses, ham and sausages etc.

“Logos” 系列源自 Escudero 家族传统葡园，旨在体现纳瓦拉产区风土与单一品种特性。2018 年版为该系列 Cabernet 单一品种代表。

调配与陈酿:
在不锈钢罐中控制温度发酵，在大约 30 日以上浸渍；随后在法美橡木桶（第一／第二使用）中熟成约 12 个月。

香气:
深紫红酒色；香气集中，有黑莓、樱桃、紫罗兰、轻微青椒与橡木香草味。

口感:
酒体中至偏厚，结构感强，果味与橡木融合佳，虽然有力量但易入口。

余韵:
单宁细腻（downy tannins）；尾调中有薰衣草（lavender）气味；赤霞珠典型的果味与香料味余留持久

风味特征:
入口果味浓郁，黑浆果为主，伴随薄荷、牛奶巧克力、烟草、丁香等复杂层次；单宁包裹柔顺。

搭配建议:
适合红肉（羊、牛）、炖菜、猎物肉类，（硬）奶酪、火腿与香肠等口味较重或带香料的菜肴
